Case Study – Breeze Resort & Saramago Condominium

Project Overview

This was a project developed for the Wunih Group, a real estate investment company with a presence in Switzerland and Portugal. It consisted of developing two websites to present luxury real estate developments located in the Algarve. The main focus of this project was to publicize the new developments and attract qualified leads.

Objective

The main objective of the project was to create a website for each of the developments that would not only present the real estate project in a clear and attractive way, but would also be highly effective in attracting leads. The site needed to provide an intuitive and fast browsing experience, while highlighting the unique features of the developments and encouraging interaction with potential clients.

Target audience

Both pages are designed to cater for an audience aged over 35, predominantly interested in investing or living in the Algarve. This included high net worth individuals, which increased the demand for sophisticated design and clear communication that conveyed trust and credibility.

Challenges

  • High-quality design: The need for a design that was both visually attractive and professional was a central challenge.
  • Effective communication: It was essential to ensure that information about the projects was conveyed in a clear and persuasive manner, taking into account the target audience.
  • Capturing Leads: Another major challenge was to simplify the lead capture process without compromising aesthetics or user experience, keeping forms accessible and integrated with the CRM system.

Design and Development Process

The site was developed using WordPress, a robust and flexible platform that enabled the creation of customized pages with excellent design and functionality.

  • WordPress: The choice of WordPress allowed for rapid implementation, offering scalability and easy maintenance. Both sites were created from scratch to ensure that the layout was attractive, responsive and tailored to the target audience.
  • HubSpot for Marketing: The site was integrated with HubSpot, a platform that helped automate the marketing process, generating lead reports and integrating user data for personalized campaigns. Simple and clearly visible forms have been implemented to maximize lead capture and ensure intuitive interaction.

Results

The results of the project were very positive, achieving the objectives set:

  1. Optimized Pages for Capturing Leads: The sites contain pages optimized to convert visitors into leads, with clear CTAs (calls to action) and simplified forms.
  2. Sophisticated visual image: The new design has brought a more modern and attractive visual identity, reflecting the sophistication of real estate developments.
  3. Speed and Fluidity: Care has clearly been taken when it comes to the performance of both sites, resulting in faster loading times and a more fluid experience for users.
  4. Simplified Lead Capture: Integration with HubSpot and the implementation of accessible forms resulted in an increase in lead capture, making the process of collecting user data more effective.

Conclusion

This website creation project demonstrated how the combination of sophisticated design, a well-defined capture strategy and the use of modern marketing tools can boost lead generation and improve the user experience. With fast, fluid and well-structured pages, the site was able to attract the target audience effectively.
